Overnight 5-Minute Chia Pudding

 

Chocolate and strawberries for breakfast? Yes please! Chia seeds are high in omega-3s, which are great for brain health, and they are packed with fiber. Cinnamon is high in anti-oxidants, and it helps regulate blood sugar. Cacao powder is a natural energy boost and is high in anti-oxidants as well.  Plus it is so dang easy to make ⬇️ .

 

Recipe (yield: 3) :
3 cups almond milk
2/3rd cup chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
Stir, cover and let sit over night
In the morning add your favorite berries and enjoy!
